Scot Robinson (Core Faculty and Solutions Designer) is the Lead Instructor in BI’s Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) division.  As a master improviser, Scot has performed and directed in Chicago’s big three schools of improvisation – The Second City, Improv Olympic and The Annoyance Theatre. Over the last 36 years, Scot helped create over thirty original shows as well as the school at the nationally renowned Annoyance Theatre with founder Mick Napier. In 1997 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue writing, acting, and teaching. Since then Scot has appeared in “Anchorman” with Will Ferrell, NBC’s The Office, MAD TV, Comedy Central, The Disney Channel to name a few, and can be seen in the critically acclaimed stage show “The Lampshades”. Since 2003, Scot has created, designed and lead Business Improv® On-Site, Virtual (synchronous), Online (asynchronous) programs, Blended (both), and Open Enrollment programs for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and top business schools, including Marathon Oil, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Duke Fuqua School of Business, Duke Law School, Columbia Business School, UCLA Anderson School of Management, Notre Dame Mendoza, AAA, Lockheed Martin, Structure Tone, MegaMex Foods, Korn Ferry, Boeing, Neutrogena, Progressive, GOOGLE, Danaher, United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, Ericsson and PwC.
